Eaton is looking for a Team Lead to support the 2nd shift Production Team within its manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production activities, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. What youll do:Perform regular 5 S and SOP audits to uphold workplace organization and procedural compliance. Identify defects in Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials, document findings, and escalate to the Quality Manager. Ensure daily production rotations and employee breaks are executed per company policy. Work closely with the Production Supervisor to determine staffing schedules and allocate overtime as needed. Facilitate smooth shift transitions by updating the upcoming shift and maintaining clear communication to minimize delays. Document hour-by-hour production for large pack operations and perform quality inspections per QA guidelines.
