A Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst (CI) is responsible for analyzing the companys processes and making suggestions on how to improve them. You will work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to recognize opportunities, implement changes, and sustain improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Defining program objectives.
• Evaluating and prioritizing improvements.
• Securing employee commitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, statistics or a related field.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean management, Process Improvement.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
• Leadership abilities to drive change and inspire others towards continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and make sound decisions.
• Process optimization skills to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Aerospace repair and/or manufacturing a plus.
