Conducts surveillance - You have a curious mind and can blend in well with others. You observe Associates and contractors in the facility and look for any activities or behavior that may be associated with theft, fraud, or impending violenceSupports shrinkage awareness programs - You know how important it is for the team to understand current shrinkage issues. You let Associates know what's going on and what they need to do to promote and maintain profitability throughout the facility by keeping shrinkage to a minimum. Accountable for report writing and record maintenance - You are in charge of a lot of detail.
