NuAxis Innovations is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to support the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) in Reno, NV. This on-site role is part of a mission-critical IT support team delivering responsive technical assistance to a mobile and hybrid federal workforce. You'll provide Tier 1 support, assist with hardware and software issues, manage mobile devices, and ensure end-user systems remain secure, updated, and operational.
