Administrative Secretary (40 hrs./wk., 226 days) – located at Washoe County School District, Reno, NV. Knowledge of: modern office practices, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, basic mathematics, budgeting and bookkeeping, computer operations, and record-keeping methods.
Skills: ability to work with minimal supervision, communicate with diverse groups, maintain confidentiality, organize work, interpret complex instructions, prioritize, and handle interruptions.
Physical Demands: Sedentary work with possible light walking, standing, bending, or lifting of light items. No special physical demands required.
Work Environment: Normal office safety conditions; well-lit, heated, and ventilated work area.
