The Housekeeper is an essential part of our resort operations team and plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our owners and guests. In this role, youll ensure that every owners room and every public area of the resort sparkles with cleanliness and attention to detail. As a member of our Housekeeping team, you are more than just a cleaneryou are a face of VI Resorts by Westgate, helping bring our owners vacation dreams to life with every interaction. As a Housekeeper, you will: Remove debris from guest rooms and common areas, including garbage/recycling, food waste, and soiled linens. Manage bed and bathroom linens, including changing linens, collecting dirty linens, tracking inventory, transporting soiled linens to the laundry facility, and delivering clean linens. Clean all floor surfaces using appropriate tools (vacuum, broom, mop, etc.), including under and around furniture and along edges with crevice tools. Steam clean floors as directed by management.
