What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data, reporting, and governance transformation initiatives
• Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure proactive resolution
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Develop executive‑level reporting and dashboards to track program progress and benefits realization
• Serve as a liaison between business leaders and IT, ensuring clear priorities and managed expectations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years in program or project management, preferably within a consulting or enterprise transformation environment
• Experience managing data, analytics, or reporting‑related projects
• Strong skills in program governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without direct authority
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or reporting tools (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Ariba, ICERTIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Exposure to data governance frameworks
