Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support fiscal and operational functions through research, reporting, and process improvement. This full-time position involves conducting studies and analysis in areas such as budgeting, financial operations, workflow optimization, and legislative review. The role supports the development and implementation of new procedures and systems, and may include complex assignments related to grants, programs, and fiscal oversight.
Key Duties:
Review, analyze, and process reimbursement requests and invoices
Provide fiscal support including purchase orders, RXQ, and related documentation
Assist with grant reconciliations across multiple funding sources
Conduct research and analysis on budgeting, policies, and workflow efficiency
Support the development and implementation of revised procedures and systems
Prepare reports and statistical summaries to support decision-making
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with fiscal standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
OR two years of journey-level technical or paraprofessional experience in a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in financial documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous learning
