Production & Manufacturing Associate

Location: Carson City, Nevada

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the department, your duties may include:

• Conducting visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products
• Assembling electronic or mechanical parts using hand tools and equipment
• Handling, organizing, and tracking materials and inventory
• Operating SMT machines and related production equipment
• Using measurement tools and test equipment to verify product specifications
• Documenting inspection results and reporting non-conformances
• Collaborating with team members to resolve production or quality issues
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols

What You Bring

• Basic understanding of electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven setting
• Familiarity with diagrams or schematics is a plus
• Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, troubleshooting, or machine operation
• Comfortable using or learning test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, meters)

Ideal Candidate

• Interest or experience in electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse work (training provided!)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills across departments
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and following detailed instructions

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.00 $23.00 per hour
• Opportunities for cross-training and career growth
• Contract-to-hire potential based on performance and business need

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Carson City, NV.
