Overview

Customer Care Associate (Remote) at Globe Life. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company in a positive and professional manner, answering inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining proficient knowledge about company products and processing guidelines. This is a remote/work from home position.

What You Will Do

• Professionally and effectively answer incoming calls from customers, including policyholders and sales force, following company policies and procedures.
• Address customer questions, make policy changes, research complaints, troubleshoot issues, and document all calls.
• Process daily requests from customers with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in ongoing training with products and processes within the customer service department.
• Review and prepare all incoming documents and policyholder requests received in the office.
• Assist with daily workflow and distribution of processing, including scanning and indexing documents to the imaging system.
• Maintain constant communication with the team regarding incoming documents from policyholders and agents.
• Watch for trends, issues, or potential fraud and bring them to managements attention.
• Complete assigned projects and required courses within the planned timeframe.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with maintained accuracy
