• Provide first-level support for computers, printers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, slot systems, scanners and other IT hardware and software.
• Respond to IT help desk requests, document issues, and track resolutions.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, servers, network devices, and gaming systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of system changes in compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) requirements.
• Support surveillance, security, and compliance systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and system access requests.
• Conduct routine hardware inspections, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Director or external vendors as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed in a 24/7 casino operation.
• Develop recommendations for management.
• Responsible for maintaining IT compliance with Nevada Gaming Regulation
