Summary
• Provides a variety of clerical and patient support activities for Carson Tahoe Medical Group. Schedules previous and established patient appointments following the scheduling guidelines for each appointment type. Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the patient registration/demographic information obtained during each patient encounter. Responsible for collection of copays/deductibles as identified. Ensures the completion of all documents required at point of patient access.

Qualifications
• Required
o Two (2) years experience as Clinic Receptionist/ or minimum two years' experience with medical front office setting
o Medical terminology knowledge
o Medical billing/coding knowledge
o Must possess strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
