Key Account Manager I&S Project Business - Europe (Remote)

Join Morgan Advanced Materials as a Key Account Manager I&S Project Business - Europe (Remote).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategy aligned with Group
  • Market researchand identification of new business opportunities
  • Lead qualification and prioritization
  • Establish relationship with new Accounts
  • Develop additional business on given Customers and prospect identified
  • Sales reporting and tracking
  • Ensure proper project execution
  • Ensure cash collection from the assigned Accounts
  • Make sure all the data are accurate and work in collaboration with other departments
Deliverables:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Analyze project feasibility and develop commercial proposal in coordination with engineering, supply chain and operations, to ensure project feasibility and success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the I&S industry.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Ensure that all business dealings are conducted ethically and in compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in business development, preferably in I&S Industry.
  • Fluent in English, second language is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region for client meetings and project inspections.
  • Proven knowledge of high temperature insulation and/or refractory products
  • Previous experience in high temp insulation market > 3 years
  • Proficiency use of CRM
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Result oriented
  • Good organisational abilities (managing time and priorities)

Person Specification:

Education & Acquired Knowledge:

  • Business development: identification of new business opportunities and ability to establish relationships with new Customers
  • Knowledge of project management: knowing about different ways of managing projects
  • Refractory background / knowledge and experience would be an advantage
  • Language skills, English must have, German a real plus, any other EU language is a nice to have
Experience:
  • Working with customers: experience of discovering customer needs and developing customer relationships, evaluating and improving customer satisfaction
  • Organising and planning: prioritise customers and work, develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish the work
  • Managing a high amount of information and coordinate people from other department in order to meet the requests
Technology & Systems:
  • Business intelligence and data analysis software
  • Client Relationship Management platforms
  • MS Office
