We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians and Electricians who possess both proven field skill and strength of character. When we ask for help in the field, we believe in asking for what we truly want - and what we truly want must be the right fit. Trades can be taught, heart cannot.

Required Technical Experience (Minimum of 5 years):

For HVAC Technicians

• Proficient in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and/or light commercial systems
• Experience with installations, retrofits, and commissioning of splits, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and condensers
• Ability to pull accurate readings and interpret them (superheat, subcooling, static pressure, volt/amp draw)
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and documentation

For Electricians:

• Skilled in branch circuits, load calculations, panels, and service upgrades
• Experience with rough-in, trim-out, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repairs
• Proficient with meters, continuity testing, schematics, and safe lockout/tagout practices
• Ability to diagnose faults cleanly and efficiently without guesswork
• Working knowledge of NEC standards and permitting requirements

Core Requirements for Both Roles:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to do jobs with minimal supervision and team player (work well with others)
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and accountability

Compensation and environment:

• $35-$45 per hour, based on ability and experience
