Marathon Staffing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our client's manufacturing team! In this hands-on role, you'll help build complex systems from raw materials to finished products, gaining exposure to mechanical and electromechanical assembly, electronics, soldering, wiring, schematics, and more.

We will provide training for the right candidate!

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Familiar with or willing to learn electromechanical assembly tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, soldering irons, etc.)
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and read schematics
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Work independently and as part of a team
• 1-3+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience a plus
• Comfortable using computers/software

• High School Diploma required

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
