What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with IT teams to install, configure, and troubleshoot communication systems
• Ensure compliance with FCC and FAA regulations for microwave and licensed radio systems
• Support tower design, including lighting and reporting requirements
• Conduct root cause analysis on resolved problems and develop preventive measures
• Document the architecture and configuration of wireless infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in radio network technologies and infrastructure
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and licensing procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience with infrastructure hardware configuration and IP networking
