Develop and implement long term technology strategies to improve different areas of the operation - Provides technical support of the application, interfaces and any customizations. - Supervises support issues, ensures resolution plans and reports progress to management. - Provides excellent customer service during event support. - Proactively maintains systems and implements preventative maintenance plans.
