Job Description

This client-facing role reports directly to the Tax Team Lead and is primarily responsible for executing existing Tax processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Month End/Quarter End Close: Support the Tax Department by gathering, researching, and analyzing information to validate tax exemption requests.
2. Tax Review: Validate tax exemption requests, conduct tax research, and perform tax planning.
3. Post Enrollment Adjustments: Prepare adjustments as required.
4. Query Management: Support audit activities and handle customer queries, both internal and external.
5. Ad hoc Activities: Support the Senior Tax Analyst, Tax Team Lead, Service Delivery Lead, and client as needed.
