Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer for our client in Reno, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify product information, quantities, and quality before shipping Prepare and label packages for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) as needed Follow all company safety and quality standards Assist with restocking and other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience a plus Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule & Pay • Shift: 2nd Shift — 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM • Pay: $18.00/hr Benefits (through CloudRay) Weekly pay Health insurance Incentives and performance-based bonuses Referral bonuses Temp-to-hire career growth potential Location Advantage Job is Commutable from Reno, Sparks & Surrounding areas location is on a Bus Route Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
