Snapshot / Role Overview
We're hiring a BAS Project Manager in Reno, NV to lead controls projects-handling estimates, schedules, and change orders from start to finish.

Impact

Keep BAS projects on time and on budget

Improve estimating and planning accuracy

Manage scope changes and field coordination

Ensure smooth handoffs from install to programming

Responsibilities

Run building automation projects from kickoff through closeout

Estimate labor, materials, and equipment needs

Lead submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Coordinate with field teams, techs, and subcontractors

Track schedules and update all stakeholders

Review plans and sequences for controls scope

Support installation, startup, and commissioning

Ensure clear communication with clients and teams

Requirements
Must-Haves

3+ years managing BAS or controls projects

Experience with Distech, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems

Strong skills in estimating, scheduling, and change orders

Comfortable working with field teams and technical crews

Based in the Reno area with a steady work record

Nice-to-Haves

Hands-on background in controls installation or programming

Familiar with Metasys, ALC, Alerton, EcoStruxure, etc.

Able to read controls drawings and sequences

Experience using Bluebeam, MS Project, or Procore
