Summary
- Leads production staff in preparation of hot and cold menu selections from meal services. Inventories food, non-medical supplies and equipment. Manages cash accounting and revenues. Oversees catering preparation, setup, and scheduling of staff.
Qualifications
Required
o Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. A year's work experience above and beyond other years of experience requirements may be substituted in lieu of education requirement.
- Minimum one (1) year prior experience in hospital food service or One (1) year prior leadership experience.
- Serve Safe Certified within 6 months of hire.
Preferred
- One (1) year experience and/or education in modified diet food.
- Experience working on a computer using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software desired.
