What you will do: Travel to different locations verifying funds on property Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options Provide a top-tier level of customer service Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family style service Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team Additional duties as assigned What you will need: Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.) Ability to do simpl...Floater, Sportsbook, Sports, Retail, Float
