Job Description
The Notary Division of the Nevada Secretary of State's Office is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and customer service support. Responsibilities include:
Processing authentications (Apostilles and Certifications) and notary appointment applications
Reviewing requests for completeness, scanning documents, entering data, and processing payments
Answering customer service calls and providing updates on pending applications
Handling personal documents, mailing approvals/rejections, and other administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of clerical/administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal communication and professional discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to pass a background check
Pay Rate : 22.00
