Marathon Staffing is now hiring for a Warehouse Associate to join a growing local team! This position offers great hands-on work, opportunities to learn new skills, and potential to grow into a full-time assembler role.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including packing/unpacking products and maintaining inventory.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack (forklift experience a plus we'll train and certify).
• Use basic carpentry tools to assemble and disassemble shipping crates.
• Perform computer data entry for shipping and receiving.
• Support the assembly area with simple builds and learn more advanced tasks over time.

• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
