The PMO Manager leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project management frameworks, systems, and standards that support the Resource Projects team and related departments. This position ensures consistent application of project controls, scheduling, cost management, reporting, and data integrity across all geothermal resource, drilling, and geoscience programs. The PMO Manager oversees the PMO support team responsible for project controls, scheduling, cost tracking, logistics, and data/document management. Working closely with Project Managers and Program Managers, this role ensures that project information and reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate requirements and objectives.
