Client-Facing Account Manager

Our client is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in PPC lead generation for clients across home services and other verticals, including an expanding roster with Dentist Vox. They are known for delivering measurable results, maintaining strong client relationships, and leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns.

We are looking for a Client-Facing Account Manager to support our PPC clients. This role focuses on client relationship management, reporting, calls, retention, and light oversight of PPC work you will not be responsible for hands-on optimization. You'll be managing a portfolio of ~30 accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, deadlines are met, and PPC engineers are held accountable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct regular client calls and updates, presenting campaign performance clearly and professionally.
• Oversee account performance and hold PPC engineers accountable for delivery and results.
• Monitor campaigns and reports to ensure client expectations and KPIs are being met.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell potential.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent delivery.
• Track client satisfaction and retention metrics, proactively addressing issues.
