As a Supervisor Sales Front Desk, a typical day will include:

• Overseeing data entry regarding sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads into the computer software system.
• Coaching and developing associates.
• Ensuring the gallery has hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations.
• Promoting awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Completing all Daily Checklists and reports and turning them into management at the end of the shift.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To become a Supervisor Specialist Sales Front Desk:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
