POSITION SUMMARY The Rental Shop Technician is responsible for assisting in the outfitting process of guest in need of rental skis or snowboards.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, cross-train, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to complete Salomon Binding Technician Training and Certification

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking and assigning baskets to guests
Checking and assigning skis and snowboards
Assisting in boot fitting and ski/ snowboard dispatch
Greeting and assisting guests
Providing support for the Food & Beverage department as needed
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.
