Base Pay: $19.33+ Shift Differential of $1.50per hour - and Other Incentives
Shift: 3rd Monday-Friday 9:00pm-5:30am, with Overtime when needed

SUMMARY

The Guillotine role will be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the Company's' food processing equipment and processing areas to ensure safe and wholesome products for human consumption

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating Guillotine machines

• Completing Job orders

• Assisting production

• Record amount of materials processed, during work shift

• Places material into machine for cutting

• Moves stock from storage or other departments to cutting.

• Sweep production areas as necessary and remove debris

• Daily, weekly and monthly sanitation

• Record keeping and monitoring

• Monitor supplies
