JOB SUMMARY:
Provides dishwashing, pot washing and general cleaning services for kitchen facilities.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Loads, unloads and operates dishwashing and silver burnishing equipment.
* Washes pots and other cooking utensils.
* Carefully handles and loads china and glassware according to correct procedures to minimize breakage.
* Transports dishes, silver, glassware and other utensils and accessories.
* Keeps immediate work area clean.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* High School graduate or equivalent preferred
* No previous experience necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to follow directions in English or Spanish
* Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
* Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
* Ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
* Mobility and dexterity to load, unload and transport dishes
* Ability to push/pull heavy carts and racks up to 50 pounds
* Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas
* Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
* Ability to hear and use visual inspection
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.
