QC Inspector

As a QC Inspector, you will work with circuit boards and small electrical components, performing visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products. You will utilize measurement tools and equipment like microscopes, calipers, x-ray, and vision systems to verify product specifications. Your role involves documenting inspection results, reporting any non-conformances, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. You will maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to quality control guidelines. Additionally, you will work in a manufacturing environment, meeting production targets and throughput needs daily. Training attendance and implementation of procedures pertaining to Production, such as ESD, Housekeeping, First Article, Maintenance, Safety, Test and Inspection Procedures, IPC-A-610, etc., are also part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products.
• Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results and report any non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.
• Work in a manufacturing environment, meeting production targets and throughput needs daily.
• Attend training and implement all procedures related to Production, such as ESD, Housekeeping, First Article, Maintenance, Safety, Test and Inspection Procedures, IPC-A-610, etc.

Essential Skills:

• Quality control, assurance, inspection, and checks.
• Basic computer competence.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, bills of material, etc.
• Visual inspection skills using microscopes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred experience with ISO9001 and ISO 140001.
