As a QC Inspector, you will work with circuit boards and small electrical components, performing visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products. You will utilize measurement tools and equipment like microscopes, calipers, x-ray, and vision systems to verify product specifications. Your role involves documenting inspection results, reporting any non-conformances, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. You will maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to quality control guidelines. Additionally, you will work in a manufacturing environment, meeting production targets and throughput needs daily. Training attendance and implementation of procedures pertaining to Production, such as ESD, Housekeeping, First Article, Maintenance, Safety, Test and Inspection Procedures, IPC-A-610, etc., are also part of your responsibilities.
