*This position is mainly responsible for grounds maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal*

Summary

Perform Landscaping and Snow removal duties as well as a variety of maintenance duties in and around the hospital campus and outlying buildings. Assists tradesmen in completing their tasks; repairs and maintains machinery, and mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• General Knowledge of all trades.
• Must be able to use all power tools.
• Must be able to read and interpret general building plans, and equipment diagrams.
• Current unrestricted driver's license.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Landscaping Experience.
