• Reno, NV Front Desk Receptionist (2 openings)
• Carson City, NV Treatment Coordinator

(Note: We know some folks search for roles like Administrative Assistant so while this posting is for the Front Desk Receptionist position, we want to make sure you see it if that sounds like your kind of work!)

About the Roles

Front Desk Receptionist Reno

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Assisting with insurance verification and billing questions
• Maintaining an organized and friendly front office environment
• One opening is a travel role covering nearby practices, with mileage reimbursement when scheduled at more than one office in a day

Treatment Coordinator Carson City

• Collaborating with the clinical team on treatment plans
• Educating patients about procedures, benefits, and financial options
• Coordinating insurance and follow-ups
• Ensuring patients feel informed and supported

What We're Looking For

Front Desk Receptionist (Reno)

• 1+ year of customer service or front office experience (dental or medical preferred)
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English a plus!)

Treatment Coordinator (Carson City)

• Prior dental experience required
• Solid knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Confidence discussing finances with patients
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay & Benefits

• Front Desk: Starting at $15/hour (DOE)
• Treatment Coordinator: Starting at $20$24/hour (DOE) + bonus potential
