We are currently seeking a Cook 3 - Breakfast Line to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have strong breakfast line experience, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items-including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes-according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards* Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production* Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service* Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service to ensure consistent guest satisfaction* Work multiple stations efficiently with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting* Support and direct junior kitchen staff in the absence of a supervisor* Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and culinary leadership* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment* Ensure all food safety guidelines, temperature logs, and sanitation standards are followed consistentlyView our Virtual Reality Experience to spend a 'day in the life' of a hospitality professional at a full-service hotel.
