We are in search of a results-focused Outbound Sales Manager to steer a team of Inside Sales Representatives dedicated to selling Yelp's advertising solutions to small businesses across the U.S. This role entails hands-on leadership where you will support, develop, and motivate your team to surpass sales objectives through high-volume outbound cold calling and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound cold calling setup.
  • Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team members consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide practical coaching through call reviews, live shadowing, and structured one-on-ones to enhance sales skills and improve closing rates.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture centered on accountability, growth, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct effective team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins to enhance engagement and results.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and exceed revenue targets monthly.
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication of Yelp's products, pricing, and policies to prospective clients.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 1+ years of experience in effectively developing and managing inside sales teams within a high-volume, outbound sales environment.
  • Knowledgeable in selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses and utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams within a cold calling context, focusing on high activity and achieving quotas.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with a dedication to developing talent and fostering career growth.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and implement actionable enhancements.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience along with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Salary range for this position is between $63,000 and $78,000 annually plus performance-based incentives.
