Remote Scheduler - Supporting Modular Data Centers

This role is focused on end-to-end scheduling for several Modular Data Centers across the US. These projects are complex and require strong scheduling and Project Management expertise to ensure timely delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong Project Management. This individual will serve as the critical link between manufacturing and construction teams, ensuring accurate scheduling, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for modular data center deployments using Primavera P6.

• Provide solutions-oriented recommendations to keep projects on track.

• Act as the bridge between manufacturing and construction teams, managing timelines and dependencies.

• Conduct daily meetings and provide clear, concise updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Communicate delays and schedule impacts effectively, educating stakeholders on root causes.

• Track progress using units per day, PBM, and commodity tracking metrics.

• Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety protocols.

• Manage scheduling challenges related to:

o Modular units arriving deconstructed

o Trenching and mass grading

o Extensive cable pulling and site preparation

Qualifications

• Experience: ~10 years in scheduling and Project Management (60/40 split in favor of scheduling)

• Strong understanding of construction throughput, trenching, mass grading, and modular assembly

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 with a solutions mindset to address schedule delays

• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage numerous meetings daily

• Excellent communication skills; able to handle difficult conversations with tact and clarity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with adaptability and resilience

• Knowledge of Data Center construction projects
