Description

The Slot Route Technician reports to the Route Manager and is responsible for maintenance and repair of EGMs and money handling equipment.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Nice, friendly, and willing to work attitude;
• Prior money handling experience preferred;
• Working knowledge of gaming devices and peripheral devices;
• Working knowledge of computers and electronics;

• Excellent critical thinking, organization, and analytical skills;

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency;
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments;

• Ability to obtain proper work cards and other certifications as needed;
• Ability to stand for long periods of time;
• Ability to bend and lift up to 60 lbs. as needed;

• Slot stands and chairs;
• Slot machine maintenance;
• Slot vehicles;
• Solarwinds;
• Safety;
• Perform other duties as assigned;
