Join Spherion of Connecticut and become part of a supportive team offering full training, competitive pay, and long-term career growth opportunities./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPerform daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory./liliReceive, unload, and process incoming materials and supplies./liliAccurately record and manage inventory data using a computer system or scanner./liliOrganize and maintain the inventory storage areas for easy access and retrieval./liliPrepare and stage materials for production or shipping orders./liliInspect inventory for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor./liliOperate a forklift or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)./liliFollow written and verbal work instructions and safety guidelines./liliCommunicate any inventory issues or concerns to supervisors./liliWork independently and as part of a team./li/ulpWorking hours: Various Shifts Available/ppSkills: No prior experience required; training will be provided/ppEducation: High School/ppExperience: 1-4 years/ppQualifications: Prior inventory or warehousing experience a plus. Must be reliable and consistent with attendance. Good interest in building a long-term career. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
