Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant to support our projects in a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data collection , data analysis , and research documentation while collaborating effectively with virtual teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews , online research , and compile findings into detailed reports.
• Assist with data gathering from various sources including academic databases and industry reports .
• Organize and maintain research documentation and project files.
• Support statistical analysis using tools like Excel , SPSS , or R .
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Assist in preparing presentations , research summaries , and visual reports .

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Research Assistant , Data Analyst , or related role.
• Strong skills in online research and data management .
• Excellent written communication and organization skills .
• Ability to work independently in a remote job setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences , Business , Statistics , or related field.
