What You Will Achieve:

• Build and manage a thriving portfolio of personal lines clients by leveraging our industry-leading technology and broad carrier access to maximize sales.
• Become a trusted insurance sales expert, identifying client needs and selling the right combination of products to provide comprehensive protection.
• Drive new business revenue by actively prospecting, cultivating a strong referral network, and using our tech-enabled tools to manage your sales pipeline.

Qualifications for this Role:

• An active Personal Lines or P&C license, with current licensure in New York being a key requirement.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed agent with a focus on personal lines (e.g., Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.).
• A proven track record of success in personal lines insurance sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of personal insurance products, policies, and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Proficiency and comfort with modern insurance technology (CRM, AMS, digital tools). You see technology as an accelerator for your sales, not an obstacle.
