Job Description:

This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing system solutions, producing data mappings between systems, and ensuring the seamless integration of new SaaS platforms with our existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis and Design:
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Design system specifications and models that meet business requirements.
• Develop and document technical designs, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.
Data Mapping and Integration:
• Produce data mappings between systems and interfaces as we switch from legacy, custom-developed solutions to SaaS-based platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies when necessary.
Collaboration and Implementation:
• Work closely with software developers and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of system designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the development phase.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Partner with QA to develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure systems meet specifications and function correctly.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Document changes and updates to systems for future reference.
• Provide insights and recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Experience with data mapping and integration between systems, particularly in transitioning from legacy solutions to SaaS platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and design effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical information.
• Attention to detail and precision in documenting requirements, designs, and testing procedures.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and BPM tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

Required Skills : 1. 5+ years experience with systems integration experience 2. Visualization - flow charts, business process mapping (any tool, i.e Miro, Visio, etc.) 3. Experience in data mapping and integrations between systems 4. Cloud experience - moving from custom to SaaS (not required but highly desired 5. STRONG COMMUNICATION
