About the Role:

The Service Greeter plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for all customers entering the Subaru Service Department. This position is responsible for warmly greeting guests, directing them appropriately, and ensuring theirinitial experience is smooth and pleasant. The Service Greeter acts as the face of the company, embodying professionalism and friendliness to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. By efficiently managing customer flow and addressing inquiries, the greeter supports overall operational efficiency and enhances service delivery. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to building a customer-centric environment that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems or point-of-sale technology.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • Previous experience as a greeter or front-of-house representative.
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and greet all customers as they enter the dealership.
  • Provide clear directions and information regarding services, waiting areas, and staff availability.
  • Manage customer check-in processes and maintain an organized flow to minimize wait times.
  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly or escalate them to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor and report any safety or security issues observed in the entrance or waiting areas.
