As an Energy Marshal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Energy Marshals across several projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure our work is being done safely with all appropriate LOTOs installed across multiple projects and aid in the development of the Energy Marshal staff and program. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with our energy isolation policies./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliProvide leadership, coaching, and oversight to project-based Energy Marshals across multiple job sites./liliDevelop and enforce standard processes for energization events, LOTO implementation, and safe work practices./liliMaintain visibility across all projects and proactively monitor compliance, risk, and incident prevention efforts./liliConduct regular audits and reviews of project energization trackers and LOTO logs./liliSupport pre-task planning and SimOps coordination across construction and commissioning teams./liliServe as the escalation point for complex LOTO scenarios or enforcement of energy isolation standards./liliCollaborate with project management, commissioning, safety, and client representatives to align energization plans with schedule and safety objectives./liliDevelop and maintain audit findings and lessons learned./liliAssist in the development of LOTO and Energization training materials and deliver training sessions for Energy Marshals and related roles./liliReview and approve energization procedures (e.g., CMOPs, FTEs) for alignment with corporate expectations./liliEnsure all Energy Marshals have appropriate tools, documentation, and supplies for execution of their responsibilities./li/ulpstrongMinimum Requirements/strong/pulliMinimum of 10 years of electrical construction experience, with 3 years in an Energy Marshal related position./liliLicensed Journeyman or equivalent experience./liliExperience with LOTO./liliUnderstanding of one-line diagrams, schematics, low and medium voltage electrical equipment./liliNFPA 70E Trained./liliOSHA 30./liliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels./liliFamiliarity with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel./li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/pulliAbility to travel to various job sites as needed./liliAbility to lift up to fifty pounds, unassisted, as required./liliAbility to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area when necessary./liliAble to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required./liliAble to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location./liliAbility to walk or stand for an extended period of time./li/ulpstrongSafety Level/strong/ppThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply./pulliThe inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
