Position Overview

The Account Executive, Endoscopic Sales is crucial in driving sales revenue through personal engagement with prospective customers. You will champion our core products within your assigned territory, ensuring current accounts are maintained and customers are educated on the benefits of our innovations. As an Endoscopic Consultant, you will build strong relationships with partners, stay informed about competitive products and effectively build a robust network to promote our offerings. Your goal will be to achieve a 10% annual market share increase.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue and increase market share within your territory.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and create innovative strategies for revenue generation.
  • Implement strategic business plans to achieve a minimum 10% annual increase in market share.
  • Lead the clinical demonstration process for target accounts.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Sales Specialists for successful demo preparation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and product training.
  • Engage with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and hospital management teams to foster partnerships.
  • Provide comprehensive training on equipment use in clinical settings.
  • Keep up with reprocessing techniques as required by AER manufacturers.
  • Assist VIP customers as directed.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team for clinical evaluations and report findings.
  • Regularly submit sales forecasts and updates to your supervisor.
  • Manage customer data for future database integration.
  • Participate in trade shows as required.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field with 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Independent work style with strong initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for customer relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of mathematical calculations for discounts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Dexterity to use hands for typing and manipulating equipment.
  • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for a significant portion of the workday.
  • Capability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including overnight stays as required.
  • Service the entire designated region effectively.
