We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join a warehouse team in Reno, NV. This role focuses on preparing products for shipment by packing, labeling, and inspecting items to ensure accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work on their feet throughout the shift, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Pack products accurately according to order requirements
• Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packing
• Label, seal, and prepare cartons for shipment
• Follow packing instructions, work orders, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on feet for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
