Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the bank with a friendly demeanor.
• Monitor and document activities, creating reports as necessary.
• Effectively enforce relevant laws and policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors.
• Ensure safety by monitoring the functionality of elevators and escalators.
• Safeguard against hazards and respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Assist individuals in crisis situations and provide first aid as needed.
• Respond proactively to safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Monitor surveillance video and alarm systems for security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement as required.

As an Armed Security Professional, you'll receive training and certification, preparing you to serve effectively in various standing, sitting, and walking posts.

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No disqualifying criminal history, verified through annual background checks.
• Possession of a valid Nevada State Armed Guard License is necessary.
• Strong written communication skills, capable of writing detailed reports in English.
• Proficient in reading and applying printed rules and instructions.
• Ability to identify and respond to potential security threats.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure and the capability to manage challenging situations.
• Military service must not reflect disqualifying discharge status.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is needed, while a college degree is preferred. All candidates must demonstrate high integrity and superior judgment in security matters. Required licenses, permits, and certifications must be maintained to perform security duties effectively.
