Join our team as a Host/Hostess, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your cheerful greeting and warm smile will set the tone for their dining experience and leave a lasting first impression!

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they depart.
• Accommodate guests' special needs, including providing boosters, highchairs, or assistance for disabilities.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.
• Manage an online waitlist to ensure efficient guest flow.
• Take and process to-go orders, delivering them to guests' vehicles when needed.
• Support servers by assisting with food and drink service, cleaning tables, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Requirements:

We are looking for applicants who are punctual, well-groomed, and ready to work in a clean uniform. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lift 5-15 pounds and stand for extended periods. Candidates should be prepared for some physical activities, including pushing, pulling, stretching, and using fingers and wrists continuously.
