Duties/Responsibilities

• Prepares boxes and supplies needed for packing.
  • Perform basic quality bag checks distinguishing and separating good product from scrap product.
  • Keep 2-assigned bag machine auto - packers supplied with boxes and running.
  • Know bag machine auto-packer controls and bag machine stop and emergency stop buttons.
  • Tape and stack boxes for 2 assigned bag machines according to work order / spec sheet.
  • Operate two hand case stomper / compressor.
  • Use packer case/box lift hoist to stack finished goods onto pallet.
  • Operate two hand case stomper / compressor.
  • Correctly read and understand customer work order / spec sheet.
  • Cleans and organizes the packing area when switching production lines or products.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Regularly required to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Exposure to manufacturing noise and temperature variations.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.

Schedule:

Plant operations 24/7. | 8-hr shifts:

• (1st) 6:00am - 2:00pm.
• (2nd) 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
• (3rd) 10:00pm - 6:00am.
• Rotating work schedule: Shift times remains the same, days off rotate.
• Work schedule includes weekends.

Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour. $15.00-eligible for a night shift differential.
