Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello; assists Customers with merchandise and answer Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a clean and organized store, conducting cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, and replenishing restroom supplies; Performs daily assigned sizing and recovery to ensure neat presentation and merchandise displays aligned with monthly guidelines; Processes transactions with accuracy, following cash, check, charge card, and refund procedures; communicates with Store Leadership when needed; Represents and supports the Company brand at all times, demonstrates integrity, and safeguards confidential information
