Rosina Food Products is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Lead to drive new business and manage key foodservice accounts across the Western region.

This role is responsiblefor maximizing sales growth, managing brokers and distributor partnerships, and developing regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow foodservice sales within assigned region
    • Manage broker and distributor relationships
    • Identify new business opportunities and penetrate key accounts
    • Develop annual regional sales plans and promotional strategies
    • Manage trade spending and promotional budgets
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, R&D, Operations, and Finance
    • Represent Rosina at trade shows and industry events
    • Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance
    • Monitor competitive activity and market trends
    • Respond to customer concerns regarding service, quality, and performance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree OR 5-10 years foodservice sales experience
    • Strong understanding of food industry sales and account management
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Experience managing brokers and distributor relationships preferred
    • Ability to travel frequently within assigned region
    • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
